What platforms do you list my property on?
We list across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Trip.com and Google Travel, with more channels added as they become relevant.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Our service is completely flexible, with no fixed-term contract and no cancellation charge.
What happens if I have more than one property?
Each property is managed for the same flat £100 monthly fee, so your savings grow as your portfolio does.
Do you provide professional photography?
Yes. Professional photography and listing optimisation are included as part of setup at no additional cost.
How quickly can you get my property live?
Most suitable properties can be prepared and listed within one to two weeks, depending on photography and property readiness.
How do I get paid?
Your platform earnings are paid directly to you. We invoice the clear £100 management fee separately each month.
What areas do you cover?
We cover the UK, excluding the Shetland Islands. Use Get Started to check your property’s postcode. AHRPlus+ services remain subject to partner eligibility and availability.
Can I use my own cleaner or maintenance person?
Yes. If you have trusted local suppliers, we’re happy to coordinate with them as part of your management plan.
